What does this cover?
The Proactive Pest shield service is centered around protecting your home from many species of crawling insects and spiders that come in from the outside, but also preventing various species of wasps from nesting on or in your home. Rodent control is also included! If your pest problem isn’t on the list ask about special coverage over the phone.
Spiders
Ants (non-wood-destroying)
Centipedes
Wasps and/or hornets nesting on or within 10 feet of the structure
Box Elder Bugs
Earwigs
Pill Bugs
Interior house flies, drain flies, and gnats
mice and rats
How often will I be serviced?
That largely depends on your needs and the environment around your home. Those who live on a body of stagnant water, close to a large forested area, near landfills, etc. tend to have significantly higher pest populations over others. We don’t recommend anything other than what is necessary at the same time we strive to give you the best results possible.
Our servicing frequency options are:
Gold - Monthly
Silver - Every other month
Bronze - Quarterly

How does it work?
Residually effective adulticides and growth regulators are used to break the egg cycle of the mosquitoes and ticks. Additionally, if you have a stagnant pond on your property that you own we treat it with a larvicide to further aid in the reduction of the mosquito population.
How frequent will I be serviced?
Almost all customers are serviced on a monthly basis, however people can request to be serviced every 2-3 weeks instead if they live in an area where the mosquito population is too high to be on top of without a higher service frequency
How much of a difference in activity can I expect?
Some of my customers tell me they have yet to be bit by a single mosquito, others say that it reduces their activity enough for it to only be noticeable at dawn and dusk. The results will vary. However, we still strive for you to have the best results possible.

Rodent proofing is one of the most important steps you can take to protect your home or business from mice and rats. Instead of just trapping or baiting them after they’ve gotten inside, this service focuses on keeping them out in the first place. It’s a long-term solution that prevents future infestations and prevents the damage.
One of the most common but often overlooked areas to secure is the underside of siding. Rodents can squeeze through incredibly small gaps, and the space where siding meets the foundation is one of their favorite entry points. If this area isn’t properly sealed, it’s like leaving the door wide open.
Utility lines are another common problem. Gaps around gas lines, electrical conduit, and air conditioning units are usually sealed with foam or old caulking, but over time these materials break down. That leaves enough space for a mouse or rat to make its way inside. Sealing these areas with strong, chew-resistant materials is key.
Old or missing door seals, especially on garage doors, also give rodents an easy way in. If you can see daylight under a door, chances are a mouse can fit through it. Replacing door sweeps and weather stripping with high-quality materials can stop them in their tracks.
By taking care of these key areas, rodent proofing gives you peace of mind and protects your space from damage, disease, and the stress of an active infestation. It’s one of the smartest investments a homeowner or property manager can make.

How does it work?
We eliminate cockroach problems through using residually active adulticides, growth regulators, and baits to aggressively gain control of the problem. There will be 95 percent control within 72 hours of the first visit. Afterwards, 2 follow-up visits are scheduled as a standard to make sure the treatment was indeed effective.
It’s extremely important that good hygiene in the infested area remains a priority before and after the service is performed. This is typically mostly directed towards the kitchen, and occasionally the bathrooms.

How does it work?
Flea control requires a multi-step approach to be truly effective. While adulticides and insect growth regulators (IGRs) are key to eliminating fleas in the environment, treating the host animal which is usually a dog or cat, is just as important. If the pet isn’t properly treated, fleas will continue to feed, reproduce, and reinfest the home. Veterinary-recommended flea treatments or oral medications are essential to break this cycle. In addition, thorough vacuuming after treatment helps remove flea eggs, larvae, and any remaining adults from carpets, rugs, and furniture. Vacuuming also stimulates pupae to emerge, making them more vulnerable to insecticides. Skipping this step can result in lingering infestations even after treatment. A combination of environmental control, proper pet treatment, and consistent cleaning gives you the best chance of fully eliminating fleas and keeping them from coming back. When done right, this integrated approach offers long-lasting results and peace of mind.
